Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
3. The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
4. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@organicchef.com. Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly:

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
2. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may still be eligible for a refund upon return of the items.
