At Organic Chef, we strive to deliver your order promptly and in excellent condition. The following terms apply to our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages: Organic Chef is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.

We currently ship only within India. Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We will notify you if there are any issues with your order.
